1. Date Filter #
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find the Date Filter. This tool allows you to display your data based on a specific date range, giving you a focused view of sales and performance during that period. Select the start and end dates, and watch your data refresh accordingly.
2. Settings Button #
Next to the Date Filter is the Settings Button. This allows you to customize your dashboard by adding or removing the categorical information you want to view. You have full control over the display, ensuring you only see what’s most important to you.
3. Performance Categories #
Below the filter and settings, you’ll find the performance categories, giving you a detailed breakdown of your store’s activities:
- Total Sales: The gross sales from your store, providing an overview of revenue generated.
- Net Sales: The amount after deductions like returns and discounts, reflecting your actual earnings.
- Total Orders: The total number of orders placed within the selected time frame.
- Total Products Sold: Shows how many products you’ve sold in the selected period.
- Average Order Value: Calculates the average value of each order, helping you understand customer purchasing behavior.
- Sales Performance Chart: A visual chart showing your sales trends over time, making it easy to spot patterns.
- Top Customers: Displays a list of your most loyal and high-spending customers.
- Top Coupons: Shows which discount codes or promotions are most effective in driving sales.
- Top Categories: Highlights your best-performing product categories, so you know where your strongest demand is.
- Top Products: Lists the products that generate the most sales in your store.
This customizable dashboard offers a detailed and real-time overview of your store’s performance, ensuring you have all the insights needed to make informed business decisions.
