The Orders Page is where you can efficiently manage and track all the orders that come through your store. Let’s walk through the key components that make this page highly functional and customizable for your needs.
Filters: View Switcher & Filters #
View Switcher: At the top of the page, you’ll find the View Switcher. This allows you to toggle between two viewing modes:
List View: A traditional list of all your orders, displayed in a table format.
Kanban View: A visual representation of orders, categorized by their status for easy tracking.
Filters Button: The Filters button enables you to refine the list of orders based on several criteria, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. You can filter orders by:
Date Range: Filter orders by specific time periods.
Order Statuses: Select from a variety of order statuses such as Pending, Payment, Processing, On Hold, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed, or Draft.
Customer Name: Search for orders based on the customer’s name for quick access.
Table Settings #
- Number of Orders per Page: Control how many orders are displayed per page, letting you adjust the view to suit your preference.
- Order Sorting:
- Order Direction: Choose to display your orders in either Descending or Ascending order.
- Order By: Select the criteria to order the list by, such as Date, Order ID, Title, Slug, or Revenue.
Column Selector #
The Column Selector allows you to customize which columns appear in your order table. You can include or exclude any of the following details, ensuring that you see the most relevant information at a glance:
- Order Number
- Date
- Status
- Customer Name
- Purchase Details
- Revenue
- Total Tax
- Cart Tax
- Shipping Tax
- Shipping Total
- Order Key
- Transaction ID
These features give you complete control over how you view and manage your orders, helping streamline your workflow and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
