When selecting an individual customer from the Customer Page, you can view more in-depth information about their activity and orders. Here’s what you will see:
1. Customer Status #
- A visual indicator shows if they are a paying customer:
- Red indicates no purchases have been made.
- Green shows they are an active paying customer.
2. Last Seen #
- Displays the last time the customer visited your store, helping you keep track of their recent activity.
3. Revenue & Order Summary #
- Revenue: The total amount of money this customer has spent on your store.
- Number of Orders: The total number of orders the customer has placed.
4. Ordered Products #
- A detailed list of all products the customer has ordered, including:
- Product names with clickable links.
- Order dates for each purchase.
- Amount paid per product and total quantity purchased.
5. Shipping & Billing Address #
- Shipping Address: The address the customer provided for deliveries.
- Billing Address: The address associated with their payment.
By clicking on any product in the Ordered Products list, you will be redirected to the relevant order details in the Orders Page for further review.
