Managing Orders and Their Statuses

The Dashboard provides a seamless way to manage your orders efficiently. Here’s a breakdown of what you can do on each individual order page:


Order Details Overview #

When you open an individual order page, you will see a detailed breakdown of the order. This includes:

  • Products: A list of the items purchased in the order.
  • Total Amount: The full cost of the order, including products and fees.
  • Fees and Discounts: Any additional fees applied or discounts given on the order.
  • Shipping Fees: The cost associated with shipping, if applicable.


Customer Information #

You’ll have access to essential customer details:

  • Customer Name and Email: Contact information for follow-up or support.
  • Delivery Address: Where the order should be shipped.
  • Billing Address: The address tied to the customer’s payment method.
  • Order Notes: A section for Order Notes is available where you and the customer can leave relevant comments. You can use this space to add updates, track any special requirements, or mark notes regarding customer inquiries or requests.


Managing orders from the dashboard allows you to keep all important details in one place. This clear view of customer orders ensures that every order is processed smoothly and that you have full visibility into each transaction, from products purchased to shipping information.
